+ HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SHADE I NEED?
There is a shade chart on the product page for Face Fix and Blemish Balm. We are also happy to recommend on shades if you send us a selfie via email or Facebook message!
+ WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Any unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, if the return is a result of our error such as in the event of the wrong product being delivered we will pay for the costs of return shipping. Simply drop us an email with your name and order number, then send the product back to the return address provided on your envelope (is also on our contact us page) along with a copy of your dispatch receipt. Your refund will be processed upon return.
+ MY PRODUCTS HAVEN'T ARRIVED?
If your products have failed to arrive please first check your dispatch email for a tracking number. Input that number into the Royal Mail website for information. If this does not solve your issue please get in touch on Facebook.
+ HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE PRODUCTS AFTER OPENING?
The products can be used for up to 12 months after opening.
+ ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No, we employ a strict cruelty free policy, so none of our products are or have ever been tested on animals.
+ IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
We care about the environment too so all of our packaging and shipping material is ethically sourced and recyclable after use! So when you're done, pop your tube or tin in the recycling, and order another!
+ WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We aim to meet the delivery estimates stated on our site, though sometimes there may be slight delays. After dispatch please wait for 7 working days for standard delivery before contacting us. For 1st Class delivery if your item has not arrived after 5 working days we will refund the difference in postage between 1st and 2nd class. For International deliveries please allow up to 14 working days.
